Executive Compensation Consultant

About the role

Join our Executive Compensation team in Madrid and work on high‑impact projects for top‑tier clients. You will design and implement compensation schemes for boards and senior executives while gaining exposure to a collaborative, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement board and senior‑executive compensation schemes, including short‑ and long‑term incentive plans.
• Analyse regulatory requirements and corporate‑governance recommendations related to executive pay.
• Prepare compensation benchmarking analyses and assess market best practices.
• Provide advice on compensation matters for regulated entities such as financial institutions and insurers.
• Advise CEOs, board members, senior executives and other high‑impact stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and strong commercial acumen.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
