Facilitator / Trainer – Corporate & Client Training

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic Facilitator (Trainer) to welcome new hires and deliver both corporate and client‑specific training. You will design, develop, and update training materials, including computer‑based modules, while continuously improving the learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create presentation and training material for in‑person, remote, and computer‑based training modules.
• Facilitate classroom sessions for new hires, ensuring a warm and engaging environment.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, managers, and senior staff to define training objectives and content.
• Design and maintain training infrastructure such as Workday Learning, SCORM‑based modules, SharePoint, and Articulate Suite.
• Develop testing questions and tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Provide up to 20% of your time training team members on regulations, company policies, leadership, soft‑skills, software, and train‑the‑trainer topics.
• Contribute continuous‑improvement ideas aligned with the company’s “Never Satisfied” value.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday Learning environment.
• Knowledge of SCORM‑based training modules.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Articulate Suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.).
