Fashion Designer – Fast‑Paced Production Role

About the role

We are a design‑forward fashion supply‑chain platform that creates and manufactures collections for major brands such as Inditex and Next. We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can turn trends into production‑ready pieces at startup speed, delivering designs that win reorders and reach stores quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design across multiple product categories – from jersey and woven fabrics to dresses – taking each item from concept to a made sample.
• Research seasonal trends, fabrics and techniques for the UK and European markets.
• Translate client briefs into commercial, production‑ready designs and build detailed tech packs.
• Drive each design through our Dhaka product‑development and sample teams, ensuring fit, fabric, cost and lead‑time targets are met.
• Work within our internal platform and use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney) to develop and visualise concepts.

Required profile

• Proven ability to ship production‑ready products, either with a few years of experience or as an exceptional junior.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, cost‑focused fashion design.
• Fast learner comfortable handling several categories simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on taste, feasibility and speed.

Required skills
