Finance Controller Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller Manager to join the Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division of Tradebe. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will safeguard the financial health of the business, lead accounting, tax and reporting activities, and support strategic decision‑making across a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team of approximately 10 professionals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
• Manage the external audit process and act as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all relevant financial regulations.
• Drive cash‑flow reporting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including teams in the United States.
• Support M&A and integration activities.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in external audit (Big 4 or similar).
• Proven experience working in multinational environments.
• Strong background in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Demonstrated team‑management experience.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive and self‑starter mindset.

Required skills

• SAP or other ERP experience (nice to have).
