Finance Lead – Marketplace Experience

About the role

Glovo is seeking a Finance Lead for its Marketplace Experience team. You will own the economics behind the support operations that power the marketplace, acting as the finance authority in the engine room.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end financial reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations, ensuring P&L accuracy and trusted best‑estimate forecasts.
• Set the analytical agenda by identifying critical cost drivers and unit‑economics questions and driving them to decision.
• Design and maintain financial toolkits—including models, dashboards, and self‑serve frameworks—used by local teams, operators, and leadership.
• Partner with Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FP&A as a finance business partner, influencing decisions and enforcing financial discipline.
• Lead deep‑dives on material variances, root‑cause analysis, impact sizing, and execution of corrective plans.
• Drive finance workstreams on strategic programs such as cost reduction, BPO efficiency, and capacity/investment decisions from framing to business case.
• Raise standards across the finance and operations community, mentor junior analysts, and improve analytical quality without formal authority.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with ownership of a P&L or major cost base.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative mindset, high ownership, and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
