Finance Manager Iberia

About the role

The Finance Manager Iberia will oversee all financial operations for Spain and Portugal, handling the monthly close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A), improving processes and acting as a trusted partner to business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end monthly accounting close for Spain and Portugal, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc financial reporting packages for Group consolidation.
• Build and maintain KPI and performance dashboards covering profitability, margins and unit economics for local leadership.
• Provide profitability analysis by client, campaign and service line, and support business cases and scenario planning.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and run forecasting cycles aligned with the Group planning calendar.
• Support the preparation of local GAAP financial statements and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with local fiscal, accounting and regulatory requirements, including VAT and other tax obligations.
• Implement and maintain financial controls, seeking automation efficiencies.
• Directly manage and develop the financial team, setting objectives and supporting growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 firm in audit or financial advisory.
• Strong demonstrable experience in FP&A and Controlling (core focus of the role).
• Experience managing people.
• At least 7 years of overall finance experience.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar.
• Proficiency with FP&A or Business Intelligence tools.
