Finance Manager – Spanish Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to act as Financial Controller for our Spanish operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and maintaining operational integrity in a fast‑paced, highly scrutinised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for Spain in accordance with IFRS and applicable local GAAP.
• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and support the Group’s consolidated reporting.
• Manage all Spanish tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT (IPSI), payroll, benefits and other statutory returns.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, bank relationships and payments for Spanish entities.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and maintaining clear audit trails.
• Maintain and improve the financial control framework, accounting policies and internal controls for the Spanish business.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Spanish tax legislation, gaming regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Proven experience in financial reporting, statutory accounting and audit coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal, compliance and finance teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in a highly regulated environment.
