Financial Analyst – HP Solutions Print DACH

About the role

HP Solutions Print DACH is looking for a Financial Analyst based in Sant Cugat del Valles. The role leads and supports project teams with financial expertise, guides process improvements and policy establishment for the HP Solutions Print business in the DACH countries, and works closely with business leaders to influence strategic decisions. It also involves mentoring lower-level employees and representing the business unit externally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and/or provide financial expertise to functional project teams and take part in cross-functional initiatives.
• Guide process improvements and help establish policies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to shape strategic decisions.
• Perform complex financial analysis and forecast financial results, identifying opportunities for process improvement and policy development.
• Oversee analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance and lead business initiatives.
• Represent the business unit in cross-regional or cross-functional planning and represent the organization to external customers and clients.
• Mentor and guide lower-level employees and build productive internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: CPA or CFA.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain or factory environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience in finance and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP/S4 and BI tools; knowledge of Microsoft Workflow, PowerQuery and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
