Finnish Engagement Manager (B2B IT Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a Finnish‑speaking Engagement Manager to join our Malaga office and support Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) building solutions on Microsoft cloud platforms. You will act as the first point of contact, nurture partner relationships and drive the sales cycle for B2B IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide concierge support to a predefined list of ISVs within the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.
• Deliver a strong first impression and establish long‑term partner relationships.
• Execute a structured multi‑channel outreach cadence (call, email, social).
• Position Microsoft cloud offerings to match customer needs and collect partner feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on engagement outcomes.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Finnish and fluent in English (C1 level).
• 1‑2 years of experience in IT sales, account management or customer management.
• Based in Malaga or willing to relocate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud solutions is a plus.
