Food & Beverage Internship – Pool House Barcelona

About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Soho House’s new Pool House in Barcelona. This internship offers hands‑on operational training across all restaurant areas, giving you a comprehensive view of hospitality service in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through roles such as commis, waiter, room‑service and events support.
• Set up tables, manage gueridons and stations, and assist senior waitstaff.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and operate the pass‑master system.
• Learn the food and drinks menu and support guests throughout their visit.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with event set‑up, room preparation and service delivery.
• Attend departmental trainings to deepen operational knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent English and basic Spanish.
• Student status with flexible availability.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and a willingness to learn fast‑paced service.
