About the role

Alsa is seeking a Railway Trainer to deliver the Railway Driver training program at its dedicated training centre in the Morrot area of Barcelona. The primary focus of the role is to teach the Railway Circulation Regulations module, ensuring trainees acquire the knowledge required to operate safely and efficiently on the rail network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sessions for the Railway Driver course, covering all aspects of the Railway Circulation Regulations.
• Prepare and update teaching materials in line with current regulations and best practices.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with the training centre team to maintain a high‑quality learning environment.

Required profile

• Possession of a valid railway driver licence and a Train Driver Diploma.
• Vocational training in railway material is valued.
• Previous experience in the railway sector or related functions is an advantage.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Railway Circulation Regulations.
