FP&A Analyst

About the role

Factorial is seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to join its Finance Team at the Barcelona headquarters. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business decisions, and improving reporting processes as the company continues to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of financial performance and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Create financial presentations for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in reporting and planning tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in fast‑growing tech or high‑growth environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
