Fregador/a – Benidorm Beach

About the role

The position is for a dishwasher (Fregador/a) at Barceló Benidorm Beach hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper condition of all guest-use items and supporting the overall hygiene standards of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct cleaning and good condition of all tableware and kitchen utensils used by guests.
• Maintain and operate the dishwasher machine, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing stations and waste compactors.
• Apply appropriate detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents according to safety procedures.
• Carry out routine maintenance of the cleaning equipment and report any faults.
• Follow the company's health, safety and security policies at all times.

Required profile

• Mid‑level secondary education (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team, manage time efficiently and sustain a high activity level.
• No language requirement; basic Spanish is sufficient for daily tasks.
