French Customer Service Agent – Luxury Automotive Project

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join an exclusive project for a world‑renowned luxury and sports car brand. The role is based in Madrid and offers the chance to deliver premium support to high‑value customers while representing a prestigious automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑value customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Resolve incidents efficiently and autonomously while meeting project quality standards.
• Act as a service knowledge reference, sharing best practices and sound judgment.
• Accurately register and document interactions in internal systems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and service optimisation.
• Uphold the values of a premium brand, paying attention to every detail of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French at C2 level (mandatory).
• Advanced English (minimum B2).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in international or premium environments.
• Strong customer orientation, problem‑solving ability and focus on quality.
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.

Required skills

What we offer

• Replacement (fixed‑term) contract, full‑time 39 hours/week, Monday‑Friday.
• Rotating schedule between 07:30 and 20:00.
• Gross annual salary €18,978.68 with growth opportunities.
• Initial onsite training: 3 weeks, 09:00‑18:00.
• Onsite position in Madrid (Puerta de Toledo area) with hybrid model after 6 months.
• International and premium work environment linked to a leading luxury automotive brand.
