French Sales Agent - Barcelona

About the role

A world-leading technology services company is recruiting French-speaking experts in Barcelona to support its users. Tech savviness is required: candidates should enjoy the internet and be comfortable researching topics online. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, from 08:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with users by email, phone and chat
• Analyze each user's account setup and previous interactions to recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot technical questions covering software, hardware and logistics
• Escalate complex issues and explain the reason for escalation

Required profile

• Native-level French and C1 English
• Previous customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
• Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
• Experience in a metric and target-focused environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and strong attention to detail
