French‑Speaking Account Manager – FinTech SaaS

About the role
Flanks is looking for a French‑speaking Account Manager to own a portfolio of French‑speaking clients and help them maximise the value of our wealth‑management SaaS platform. You will work within the Customer Success team, reporting to the Team Lead, and collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Sales colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation.
- Own success metrics such as product adoption, support performance, renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client needs, providing responsive support on operational and product topics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to represent client needs and drive service improvements.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services or asset management in a client‑facing role (Account Management, Customer Success or Sales).
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, COOs and Wealth Management Directors.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
