French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative – Google Ads

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Barcelona team and promote Google Ads products to high‑potential French‑market companies. You will work on outbound prospecting, build a pipeline of qualified leads and support the sales cycle in a fast‑paced digital‑marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce and sell Google Ads services to French‑speaking prospects.
• Create, maintain and regularly update a detailed customer database.
• Consolidate and expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities.
• Record call history and customer responses accurately.
• Ensure consistent follow‑up and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Monitor competitor offerings and develop effective selling strategies.
• Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) with good English communication skills.
• At least 18 months of sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Goal‑driven mindset and strong motivation to achieve targets.
• Understanding of the French market, cultural nuances and business practices.
• Basic analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret market data.
• Awareness of GDPR and other relevant data‑privacy regulations.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
