French‑Speaking Sales Representative – Valencia

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Valencia. You will work directly with private and business customers, helping them discover the best solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone and email to understand their requirements.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for relevant products and services.
• Guide customers toward optimal solutions and close deals with enthusiasm.
• Follow up on warm leads – no cold calling required.
• Log interactions accurately and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build long‑term relationships and turn prospects into loyal clients.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (oral and written).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and an engaging personality.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
