About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first and last point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. This role ensures a smooth arrival and departure experience while delivering the high level of hospitality the brand is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Check guests in efficiently, using their name, assigning the requested room type, confirming payment method and issuing keys.
- Arrange luggage delivery to guest rooms.
- Check guests out, prepare and explain the bill.
- Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodate special requests, and resolve complaints.
- Provide information on hotel services, operating hours, in‑house events, directions and other guest inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Utilize hotel front‑desk computer systems to process check‑ins, check‑outs, generate daily reports and manage room inventory.
Required profile
- Excellent personal presentation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel front‑desk computer systems for check‑in, check‑out and reporting.
