About the role

Join papernest’s Customer Operations technical team as a Frontend Angular Developer. You will work on internal tools that empower the company’s Spanish call‑center experts, directly influencing the speed and quality of customer support and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Angular interface used daily by Spanish call‑center advisors.
• Adapt the existing French application to meet the specific needs of the Spanish market.
• Optimize workflows and create a frictionless UI that helps counselors close contracts efficiently.
• Break down complex screens into smart, reusable components that enrich the Design System.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Significant hands‑on experience with Angular.
• Strong understanding of RxJS and state‑management patterns.
• Product‑mindset focused on UX, loading states, form validation, and intuitive flows.
• Fluent English communication skills.
