Full Stack Developer

About the role

As part of LGT Digital Factory, you will join a young, highly motivated team building Wealth Management web applications. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, using modern frameworks and DevOps practices to deliver innovative digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end features with Angular, React or Vue.js and back‑end services using Java (Spring Boot), Go or Node.js.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design and implementation of server‑side logic.
• Write unit tests, create test cases and ensure high code quality.
• Maintain version control with Git and collaborate in code reviews.
• Implement caching, monitor performance with Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry, and conduct load testing.
• Integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide 3rd‑level support and maintenance for production applications.

Required profile

• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Analytical mindset with ability to draft development methodologies across technologies.
• Experience delivering responsive and accessible user interfaces.
