Full-time Math Teacher (High School)

About the role

AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona is seeking a passionate full‑time Mathematics teacher for grades 9‑12. You will join an international, American‑style high school and deliver engaging, face‑to‑face lessons to small classes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face mathematics lessons in small class settings.
• Plan, evaluate, and continuously improve curriculum, course content, and instructional methods.
• Prepare syllabi, homework assignments, activities, and experiments.
• Assess student performance, provide ongoing feedback to coordinators, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and required records.
• Record student performance in the school’s learning management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a teaching certification, or an advanced degree in Mathematics.
• At least 2‑3 years of teaching experience (5+ years preferred).
• C1 level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Creative, communicative, and dynamic teaching style.
