Generative AI Engineer (AI / Cloud Full Stack)

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is building artificial intelligence solutions for customer-facing teams: assistants and agents that query data, reason over it and help make day-to-day decisions. It is looking for a full stack developer experienced with LLMs and AWS to design, build and deploy these solutions into production. The position is remote in Spain, full time, on a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based agents with tool calling, memory and orchestration.
• Build pipelines for documentation and information retrieval using embeddings, vector databases, RAG and response quality evaluation.
• Deploy and operate on Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, using infrastructure as code.
• Develop backend (APIs, integrations, authentication), user interfaces and integrations with internal systems via MCP and APIs.
• Measure and improve observability, costs, latency and response quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience taking LLMs and agents into production, beyond prototypes.
• Strong command of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search and evaluation.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, especially Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Cloud development experience: serverless, containers, IAM, networking and CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi.
• Experience with backends in Python and/or TypeScript and frontends with a modern framework (React or similar).
• Knowledge of security best practices: OAuth/OIDC, secrets management and per-user permissions.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Fluent oral and written English (B2+); ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
