German Customer Support Representative – Valencia

About the role

WeWow in Valencia is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support professional to join our energetic team. You will be the first point of contact for German‑language clients, delivering high‑quality assistance across phone, email and chat while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date on WeWow products and services to offer accurate guidance.
• Record all interactions accurately in the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to continuously improve service delivery.
• Follow established procedures and company policies to maintain service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
