German‑Speaking Sales Development Representative – Relocate to Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, German‑speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate growth across the DACH market. Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, you will generate a qualified sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn/social touches.
• Conduct discovery calls with CFOs, Travel Managers, and Office Managers to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Communicate Perk’s value proposition clearly to build immediate credibility.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine target accounts and test new messaging.
• Stay expert‑level on Perk’s product offerings and industry trends.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in German and professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong phone‑based rapport‑building.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospect outreach.
• High organizational skills, comfort with CRMs, and focus on hitting output metrics.
