Global Campaign Lead

About the role

As a Global Campaign Lead at SAMY you will report to the Global Account Director and act as the strategic link between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams. You will lead client relationships, oversee integrated social‑first campaigns and ensure commercial performance and impactful results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable campaign strategies.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic discussions.
• Oversee integrated, social‑first campaigns across strategy, creative, influencer and data.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, providing direction, feedback and prioritisation.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance, extract insights and optimise results.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, profitability and resource allocation.
• Support commercial discussions, upselling and account development.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in account management within a digital, social or creative agency.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, team coordination and client management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish (native).
