Global Learning Design & Development Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Global Learning Design & Development Expert to join Bosch Service Solutions’ Learning & Development team in Barcelona. The role will shape scalable learning solutions that support business priorities and associate growth across multiple regions, working closely with global leadership and culture partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop global learning solutions with a strong focus on leadership development.
• Apply learning‑experience design and behavioural‑science principles to create engaging development journeys.
• Build structured career‑development frameworks and translate them into concrete pathways.
• Conduct performance‑needs analyses to identify development priorities and turn insights into high‑impact solutions.
• Define and implement measurement approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact, using feedback and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end learning initiatives from design through global deployment, coordinating with local stakeholders and enabling facilitators to deliver programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in learning design, leadership development, or career development within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to translate organizational needs into structured learning solutions and to work with diverse cultural contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with data‑driven impact measurement.
