About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented Graduate Media Designer to join its fast‑growing creative team. This is an entry‑level position where you will create high‑impact visual assets across all brand touchpoints while collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for paid and organic social, product visuals, branding collateral, and presentation decks.
• Maintain quality from brief to final delivery, ensuring fast turnaround without compromising standards.
• Develop deep expertise in a primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration) and broaden skills across related areas.
• Leverage AI tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions, and accelerate production workflows.
• Manage a high volume of work across multiple projects, making smart trade‑offs between craftsmanship and urgency.
• Understand business context, target audience, and success metrics to inform strategic design decisions.
• Proactively identify gaps, propose ideas, and take initiative on creative opportunities.
