Graduate Rotation Programme (Global Seed) 2027

About the role

BBVA's Global Seed Programme is an initiative for recent graduates, running over 24 months at its Ciudad BBVA headquarters in Madrid. You will rotate every 6 months through different functional areas such as Internal Audit, Commercial Client Solutions, Corporate & Investment Banking, Digital Banks, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Retail Client Solutions, Strategy & M&A and Talent & Culture, with assignments aligned to your goals, experience, skills and interests. The programme gives a 360-degree view of the bank and leads to consolidation in a team after completion.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations every 6 months across the listed functional areas, with support from a buddy and a dedicated mentor.
• Take part in an international stay of 4 to 6 weeks at one of BBVA's global headquarters during the programme.
• Receive continuous feedback and access to specific training within multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or double degree (graduation 2025-2027); postgraduate study in finance, data science, AI, actuarial sciences or FinTech is desirable.
• Excellent academic record; prior experience not required but internships or previous jobs are valued.
• Spanish and English at C1 level.
• Valid residence and work permit to sign the contract in Spain.
• Team player, proactive and analytical, with good verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of databases.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them professionally.
