Graphic Design Specialist – Service Office

About the role

The Graphic Design Specialist will work within IKEA’s Service Office to create and adapt visual communication that supports the commercial calendar and local market needs. You will translate IKEA’s tone of voice and visual identity into clear, inspiring graphics across all customer touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Create market‑specific communication solutions for all channels based on briefs from Communications, Marketing, Sales or Sustainability.
• Design high‑quality graphics that showcase IKEA’s visual and verbal identity and add value to the consumer experience.
• Integrate graphic design solutions into commercial contexts, ensuring efficient production and implementation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across commercial functions to secure alignment and maximise impact.
• Contribute to multichannel executions for Home Furnishing & Retail Development (HF&RD) and measure performance to drive efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and follow‑up on results to continuously improve output.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for home‑furnishing trends and IKEA’s brand values.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
