Growth Lead, Spain (Juniper)

About the role

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is building the international arm of its consumer health platform and is growing the team behind it. Spain is the next major market, and the company is building the founding team for Juniper, its digital obesity care offering. The Growth Lead is one of the first people on the ground in Spain, working alongside the founding General Manager and the Expansion team to launch Juniper from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth for the Spanish market day to day, with autonomy over how it is built and run.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy covering creative production, performance marketing, e-commerce and brand media coordination.
• Optimize the acquisition funnel and analyze market and patient trends to find growth opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending across channels to achieve a healthy P&L.
• Adapt proven playbooks from the UK, Germany, Japan and Australia for Spain and share results with other markets.
• Work with the central growth team and with the General Manager to set and manage quarterly OKRs.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing in a fast-growing DTC or e-commerce business in Spain.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with strong communication in both.
• Deep understanding of Spanish consumer behaviour; familiarity with Spain's digital healthcare landscape is a plus.
• Experience owning a marketing budget, knowing CAC and conversion, and working with a lean team.
• Ability to make probabilistic, data-driven decisions and to communicate clearly and quickly.
