About the role

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratize access to cultural experiences. As a Growth Strategy Manager based in Madrid, you will help shape the future of entertainment by driving data‑driven growth initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for decisions taken by the growth team in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end‑to‑end solutions and high‑impact projects.
• Collaborate with teams across up to 40 countries in an international environment.
• Report directly to the global growth direction.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in analytics or a business‑focused role.
• Proven ability to build trust and lead teams or key projects.
• Engineering bachelor’s degree (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Data‑driven mindset that brings numbers to strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work across many disciplines and departments.
• Native or bilingual English; professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
• Proactive problem‑solver and opportunity seeker.
• Prior experience with the Chinese consumer market and familiarity with platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.
