About the role

Alsa is launching a paid scholarship program for young talent to join its People & Culture team as an HCM Workday Consultant. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with Workday, HR data management and process optimisation in a dynamic, multimodal mobility company.

Key responsibilities

• Support data quality and maintenance of employee databases.
• Learn and provide operational support for the Workday system.
• Investigate root causes of data or system incidents to ensure smooth information flow.
• Identify information gaps and help improve HR data processes.

Required profile

• Final year university student or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for Excel and technology.
• High level of English (B2/C1).
• Interest in building a career in People & Culture, focusing on processes and tools.
