Head of Commercial

About the role

The Head of Commercial will lead Sanad Capital’s commercial and sales activities in the aviation and engine MRO market. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on remarketing assets, driving new business, and strengthening customer relationships to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute remarketing strategies for each engine type and service.
• Lead or support repossession activities as required.
• Develop and manage commercial strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Ensure team compliance with policies and continuously improve sales processes.
• Directly manage at least one staff member, handling recruitment, performance, and development.
• Oversee contract negotiations, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Contribute to integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Emiratization by identifying skill gaps and providing training, coaching, and mentoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 10‑12 years of progressive sales management experience in the aerospace/aviation industry.
• Proven leadership experience with staff management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of remarketing, asset lease‑off, and commercial negotiations.
