Head of Creative Marketing

About the role

This is a senior leadership position based in Spain, responsible for shaping the creative advertising strategy for high‑growth digital products in global markets. You will own the end‑to‑end creative vision for paid acquisition campaigns, working closely with user acquisition teams in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative marketing strategy that maximizes paid traffic performance across multiple products.
• Lead the ideation, production, and delivery of high‑performing advertising concepts.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely, high‑quality creative assets.
• Partner with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign goals.
• Build scalable creative production processes and best‑practice workflows.
• Design testing methodologies and continuously improve creative effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar function.
• Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
• Proven ability to create innovative advertising concepts that drive measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with creative testing and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
