Head of Legal - Corporate

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing international technology and infrastructure group looking for a Head of Legal to steer legal matters across its European operations. Reporting to the global Head of Legal, you will be a key advisor to senior leadership during a pivotal expansion phase.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, partnership agreements and infrastructure project documents.
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance programmes and regulatory risk management.
• Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead, develop and manage the internal legal team for the European business.

Required profile

• 12‑18 years of legal experience with strong corporate and commercial expertise.
• Background in private practice, in‑house, or a mix of both.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, technology or telecommunications sectors.
• Proven commercial judgment and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience mentoring or developing legal teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
