Helpdesk Specialist – French/German (Barcelona)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French or German speaker with excellent English to join our Helpdesk team in Barcelona. You will provide first‑line technical assistance, primarily for multifunction printers, to customers in the UK market and a second market based on your language.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats, diagnosing and resolving printer‑related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for multifunction devices.
• Document incidents and follow up with users to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Spain (Spanish NIE and social security number).
• Immediate availability and current residence in Barcelona.
• Fluent in French or German and proficient in English.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Hospital Clinic metro station.

Required skills

• Multifunction printer troubleshooting.
