Hotel Management Internship – 2027 Program

About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is offering a 4–6 month Hotel Management Internship for 2027. The program provides an immersive, cross‑departmental experience designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles as Assistant Hotel Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Administration to gain a 360º view of hotel operations.
• Support the Hotel Director and Management Team on daily operational tasks.
• Participate in strategic meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Assist in guest relations, staff coordination, and performance reporting.

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in hotel management.
