Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant at Hyatt Regency Trinidad ensures guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces are clean, tidy and welcoming. You will work as part of a dedicated team that values attentive service and a warm, professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Change linens, make beds and replenish bathroom amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust guest rooms and public areas.
• Polish furniture, empty trash containers and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist guests with inquiries and maintain accurate room status updates.
• Restock and return cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
• Support other housekeeping functions as needed to meet operational demands.

Required profile

• Minimum of three O‑levels or a hospitality trade certificate.
• Previous experience in guest service or housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, stretching and bending with moderate weight.
• Team‑oriented, reliable and able to follow housekeeping policies and standards.

Required skills

• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
