HR Advisor (People & HSEQ Support)

About the role

Jotun Iberica S.A. in Castellbisbal (Barcelona) is looking for an HR Advisor who supports the HR and HSEQ function. The role contributes to projects or areas of specialisation by planning and executing assigned tasks, and may advise employees on HR and health and safety matters. It combines HR generalist work with HSEQ support, focusing on maintenance, adoption and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development
• Maintain HR processes, procedures and systems, ensuring data quality and compliance
• Support performance management, employee engagement and talent development
• Collaborate with managers and contribute to local, regional and Group HR projects
• Prepare HR reports and follow up on people-management KPIs
• Support Contractor Activities Coordination (CAE) for Technical Sales Support and Sales teams
• Support occupational health surveillance and medical examinations, and track actions from industrial hygiene assessments
• Support safety training and close competence gaps related to safety and compliance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
• Exposure to HSE, occupational health, training coordination or compliance is an advantage

• Interest in digitalization, process improvement and AI-driven tools
