HR Consultant – Training Contract

About the role

CHANEL is looking for an HR Consultant to join its Iberia team in Madrid. Reporting to the People Partners, you will support HR activities with a strong focus on data‑driven reporting, executive presentations and talent acquisition in a dynamic luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, visually compelling executive presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear messages.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: draft job descriptions, publish vacancies, screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Support HR cycles such as Annual Compensation Review, Talent Review and Performance Review through data preparation and analysis.
• Provide structured HR consulting support to People Partners, turning business needs into actionable HR recommendations.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR projects and initiatives across Iberia.
• Contribute to internal HR communications and employee‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and deliver data‑based insights.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior‑level audiences.
