HR Talent Consultant – French Market

About the role

Factorial Consulting is seeking a motivated HR Talent Consultant to serve French‑market clients. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping organisations modernise talent management processes and maximise the value of Factorial’s HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Advise French customers on designing and implementing modern Talent Management workflows using Factorial’s solutions.
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful adoption of performance, goals and engagement tools.
• Translate client HR strategies and challenges into tailored platform configurations and best‑practice recommendations.
• Promote data‑driven decision making, people analytics and digital HR workflows.
• Support clients in navigating emerging trends such as AI‑driven talent management and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Gather market feedback, contribute to product evolution and identify opportunities for expanded adoption.
• Own the French market pipeline, win new consulting projects and participate in events, webinars and other engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent French (native or near‑native) and professional English.
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR technology implementation, talent management or customer advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management practices, including performance management, goal setting and employee engagement.
