HRBP - Employee Relations & Data Analytics

About the role

This role acts as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on HR operations. It covers employee relations, performance, talent and organizational effectiveness, ensuring compliance, improving the employee experience and driving continuous improvement across people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries and advise managers on performance management, conflict resolution and difficult conversations
• Manage employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, internal investigations and terminations, and prepare related documentation
• Analyze HR data on turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance and mobility, and monitor the impact of HR initiatives
• Support performance management, talent, development, engagement and recognition initiatives, and gather employee and manager feedback
• Advise on collective bargaining agreements and labor legislation, and take part in internal audits and documentation reviews
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, and promote HR transformation through digital tools, self-service and responsible use of AI

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Experience managing disciplinary processes, terminations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation and manager coaching
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and advanced written and spoken English
