About the role

Join the Human Resources team at Jumeirah Mallorca as a Human Resources Coordinator. You will support daily HR operations and help create a positive work environment for staff at this luxury beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR activities, coordinating engagement, housing, administration and recruitment processes.
• Drive employee engagement through internal communications, social initiatives and recognition programmes.
• Oversee staff accommodation, ensuring proper maintenance, occupancy control and a pleasant living experience.
• Assist with personnel administration, including documentation, employee records and compliance with audit requirements.
• Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding and training to ensure smooth integration of new hires and continuous learning for all employees.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant studies in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Curiosity, strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in people.
• Confident, empathetic communication in both English and Spanish.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share ideas and contribute to a supportive culture.
