Identity Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Identity Management Consultant to join a global re‑insurance provider. You will tackle complex authentication and authorisation challenges, helping to strengthen the organisation's cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess authentication and authorisation risks across application‑to‑application use cases.
• Design and prototype innovative solutions to mitigate security risks.
• Drive group‑wide risk mitigation by structuring, explaining, and presenting risks and solutions.
• Support teams in implementing effective security measures and coordinate execution across cross‑functional groups.

Required profile

• Strong background in IT security with deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands‑on engineering experience, including scripting, CI/CD pipeline creation, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Ability to design systems on public clouds (e.g., Azure) and prototype service‑to‑service integrations.
• Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
