Implementation Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

Protime, a European leader in HR software solutions, is looking for a French‑speaking Implementation Consultant to join its Large Enterprises team. You will be responsible for delivering successful HRIS projects focused on time registration and planning for Belgian customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into optimal configurations of Protime’s HR software.
• Configure and customise the solution to meet each client’s specific needs.
• Deliver system configuration, training sessions, workshops and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and strong client‑facing abilities.
• Passion for HR technology and delivering great customer experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS or time‑and‑attendance software configuration (explicitly mentioned).
