Indirect Purchasing Specialist

About the role

Stark is looking for an Indirect Purchasing Specialist to own the full indirect procurement cycle, from identifying needs to managing contracts. You will help optimise costs, build strong supplier relationships and ensure the supply chain supports our fast‑growing electric motorcycle business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end indirect purchasing process, from requisition to contract award and ongoing management.
• Coordinate sourcing activities and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and service.
• Negotiate contracts and framework agreements, securing competitive terms and mitigating risks.
• Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Analyse indirect spend, identify savings opportunities and contribute to budget control.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations to align purchasing strategy with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate procedures and relevant regulations.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for internal stakeholders on indirect purchasing matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an indirect purchasing or similar category management role.
• Fluent or bilingual Spanish and advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
