About the role
Prodalim, a global juice and specialty ingredients group, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join its Valencia team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2‑3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage sector who want to develop their career in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support by analysing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential new products.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Assist with closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand a prospect database within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos for prospects.
Required profile
- 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Very good English; additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
- Strong phone presence with high call volume capability.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
