Inside Sales Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Hitachi Vantara is looking for a French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative based in Barcelona to drive new business across selected African markets. You will own the full sales cycle, generate pipeline, and collaborate closely with channel partners and field sales teams to deliver digital infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach, targeted campaigns and market research.
• Partner with system integrators, distributors and channel partners to access accounts and advance deals.
• Position and sell Hitachi Vantara’s Digital Infrastructure portfolio to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer challenges and articulate the value of solutions to meet technical and business needs.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.
• Drive net‑new revenue while expanding relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Navigate diverse market maturities, procurement models and decision‑making structures across African regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, infrastructure, cloud or data technologies.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and manage longer sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and advisory skills.
