Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager

About the role

Join Santander Insurance Holding as an Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager. Based in Madrid, you will drive strategic planning and governance for the bancassurance operation across ten geographies, ensuring alignment with joint‑ventures and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the full bancassurance operation across all Santander Insurance markets.
• Prepare documentation for Board of Directors, Executive Committee, CEO briefings, and public presentations.
• Lead the yearly strategic planning process, analysing macro‑economic, regulatory, and market trends.
• Coordinate with insurance joint‑ventures on key initiatives, financing models, and execution of the insurance strategy.
• Support the monitoring and follow‑up of distribution agreements across countries.
• Analyse and draft board documentation, aligning stakeholders and reviewing financial KPIs and P&L data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance operations and joint‑venture structures.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality strategic documentation for senior governance bodies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive risk‑management mindset.
